The device is rebooting into update mode; its Bluetooth name usually becomes DfuTarg. Click the button below and pick it in the dialog.
The device didn't switch over on its own. Put it into update mode by hand — on the device go to Settings → Firmware update, or remove the battery, hold the button down and reinsert the battery. Its Bluetooth name becomes Wuzplay dfu. Then click the button below.
